Ordering

What’s the minimum order?

Our standard minimum is 100 units. Smaller keepsake runs (for example, engraved wooden clappers) can be quoted case by case.

Is there a maximum order size?

No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for stadium giveaways and large campaigns.

Can I order a sample before a bulk run?

Yes. Pre-production samples and proofs are available so you can approve the real product before we run the full order. Ask us for terms with your quote.

Can I mix products or styles in one order?

Yes. You can combine styles — for example classic hand clappers and thundersticks — to reach volume pricing tiers.

Can I reorder later and match my last batch?

Yes. We keep your artwork and specs on file so a reorder matches your previous batch.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?

No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. We only charge once the artwork is locked and production begins.

What artwork files do you need?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are preferred. No vector? Send a photo or PNG and our designers recreate it print-ready for free.

I don’t have a logo — can you help?

Yes. Our designers build print-ready artwork from a reference, a rough idea, or your brand colors at no extra charge.

Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?

Yes. Custom Pantone color matching is available so your clappers match your brand exactly.

Can you individually personalize each clapper?

Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names or numbers and we can personalize each unit — common for wedding parties, teams, and rosters.

How many revisions do I get?

Unlimited, until you approve — and always free.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

About two weeks from approved mockup for standard orders.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes. Rush is available for firm deadlines — tell us your event date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Where do you ship?

How much is shipping?

Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity, product, and destination.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we can split the shipment.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We make it right. If items arrive defective or don’t match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected units. See our Return Policy.

Pricing & Payment

How much do custom clappers cost?

Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run about $0.85 to $2.50 per unit at minimum order, shown on each product page. The exact price depends on quantity, style, and decoration.

Why don’t you list exact prices?

Pricing depends on quantity, product, and decoration, so a quote is the only accurate number. We show a range on each product page and send a firm quote within one business day.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, PayPal, and ACH. Established organizations can ask about purchase orders.

Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?

Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, send it over and we’ll do our best to beat it.

Product & Care

What colors and finishes are available?

Stock colors include White, Black, Red, Royal Blue, Navy, Green, Yellow, Orange, Pink, and Purple, plus full-color print. Wood offers natural, stained, and painted finishes.

Is the printing durable?

Yes. Our printing is made to survive a full event without peeling or fading, and laser engraving on wood is permanent.

What are the clappers made of?

Depending on the style: durable polypropylene, inflatable polyethylene, soft EVA foam, or lacquered hardwood.

How do I care for them?

Wipe plastic and foam clappers clean with a damp cloth. Deflate and store thundersticks flat. Keep wooden clappers dry and out of direct sun.
