Return Policy

All sales are final

Because every Custom Clappers order is custom-decorated and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders. Each item is produced specifically for you and cannot be resold, which is why the free mockup approval step exists — so you sign off on exactly what will be produced before we print.

Our production guarantee

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return policy — it covers manufacturing or decoration errors on our end, not changes of mind, artwork approved in error, or ordering the wrong quantity.

Reporting an issue

To make a claim, contact us within a reasonable window of receiving your order and include your order details and clear photos of the issue. Email george@customclappers.com or call/text (929) 605-4397 and we will make it right.

Why the mockup matters

Our free, unlimited-revision mockup process is there precisely so that nothing goes to production until you are happy with it. Please review your mockup carefully — including spelling, colors, logo placement, quantity, and product style — before you approve, since approval authorizes production of your final, non-returnable order.
