Shipping Policy

Every Custom Clappers order is custom and made to order — production does not begin until you approve your mockup. The notes below explain how shipping typically works. They are estimates, not guarantees, and specifics are always confirmed on your individual quote.

Production and timelines

Standard production is typically about two weeks from the date you approve your mockup, after which your order ships. Transit time is additional and varies by destination and the shipping method selected. Estimated dates provided during quoting are approximate and may shift with order size, artwork complexity, and carrier conditions.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity, product, weight, and destination. Your quote will include an estimated shipping figure so there are no surprises before you approve.

Rush options

Rush production is often available when you are working against a firm event date. Tell us your deadline with your quote request and we will confirm what is possible for your specific order.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. If you need delivery to multiple locations, share a distribution list with your order and we can typically split the shipment.

International

We ship nationwide within the United States, and international shipping is available on request. International timelines, duties, and taxes vary by country and are estimated separately.
